Pandan juice with hoary basil seed and coconut jelly
Pandan is a tropical plant. Pandan leaves has fragrance, they are widely used for flavouring food in Asian cuisine. We use organic pandan leaf from Thailand, boil it until its scent and flavour is perfect for drinking.
Whilst our coconut jelly is made from coconut grown in Thailand. Coconut water is fermented with bacterial cultures and layers of jelly are created. We don’t add any bleaching agent, therefore its colour is opaque white, not transparent.
Right time for harvesting
Our selected pandan leaves are 7 days old of leaves. Perfect form, shape, and color of the leaves are brought to make delicious pandan juice. Don’t hasitate to try this greeny juice!
Smell and appearance
Its’ smell make us relief, and its’ emerald color makes mine’s calm.
Production of Coconut Jelly
We don’t add any artificial in our coconut jelly. Delicious chewy coconut jelly are carefully produced by our farm to ensure its quality.
